Crisis Intervention Case Manager
As a Davidson County native, I have dedicated myself professionally to advocating for the most vulnerable members of our community. Initially, my focus was on supporting children in one of our high-poverty elementary schools. I networked, volunteered and raised funds to ensure they had access to the resources they needed to thrive. Over time, my passion for serving others led me to Family Services, where I transitioned into housing case management. I meet one on one with our clients to assist them with finding safe and sustainable housing. Each person comes to us with unique circumstances and needs to navigate. I work closely with these clients to provide resources and guidance during and after their time in shelter.
My goal is to continue to create a more inclusive and compassionate county, where everyone works together to meet the needs of those who are struggling. My favorite saying is “When you have more than you need, build a longer table, not a higher fence.” I have witnessed the generosity in our area and I believe everyone brings value to the table.
Outside of work, my husband and I are busy raising 3 daughters and 2 adorable cats. Our home is full of laughs. We are always listening to Taylor Swift and baking something.

Adriana Jacinto
Community Educator
Hello everyone, my name is Adriana Jacinto. I was born in Florida and raised in North Carolina. I grew up in a Domestic Violence environment and always told myself didn’t want to be in a relationship as I grew up in. I went thru so much in my life but now I’m happy to say I’m alive and doing well thank God!! I was in a dark hole and there is always hope and light on the other side. I grew up in a large family. I have four brothers and two sisters. I have a twin brother who I love so much. I’m a mother of three lovely children who I love so dearly. Who gave me hope and to never give up being a strong and brave woman. I work at Family Services of Davidson County. Where we offer different types of services to the community of Davidson County. I have lived in Lexington for three years and I love it here!!!
