FSDC Services ~ Juvenile Delinquency
Juvenile Delinquency programs are dedicated to providing comprehensive services necessary for reducing juvenile delinquency. Staff assists young people and families who are faced with difficulties at school, home or in the community to improve their chances for success in life. Priority is placed on reducing the likelihood that at-risk and adjudicated youth will continue down a criminal path.
The services include:
- After-school programs for at-risk youth
- Collaborative for Offender Reentry Enhancement (C.O.R.E.) project, a four-county juvenile re-entry collaborative
- Social work services at home, school or in the community
- Structured Day Treatment Program for youth who are long-term suspended from school
- Individual and family counseling
